Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Room Architect with strong Full Stack Development expertise to lead the technical architecture and delivery of enterprise applications in an Agile environment. This hybrid role combines hands-on software development with architectural leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while supporting Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and mentor development teams on architecture best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution Design
- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecture.
- Define technical standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
Full Stack Development
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Participate in coding, debugging, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Integrate architectural planning into Scrum ceremonies and Agile workflows.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define technically feasible user stories.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Guide Scrum teams in implementing architectural best practices.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction and mentor developers.
- Review solution designs and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
- Communicate architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, and implementation strategies.
- Resolve technical challenges and facilitate collaboration across teams.
Quality & Performance
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, availability, and performance standards.
- Validate implementation against architectural designs.
- Promote automated testing, code quality, and CI/CD best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
- Strong experience in Full Stack Development using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Experience conducting code reviews and guiding engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.
