Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Leadership: Develop and implement curriculum, set learning goals, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment to improve student outcomes.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate teachers and non-teaching staff to maximize performance.
- Operational Oversight: Manage school logistics, facilities, security, and the annual budget to ensure financial sustainability.
- Student Support & Discipline: Guide student development, manage behavioral issues, and oversee co-curricular activities.
- Community Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between parents, staff, and the board, presenting school performance data and fostering positive relationships. Workable.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A Master’s degree in Education Administration or Leadership is typically required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in education or related field (school management preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.
- Attributes: A visionary, empathetic, and flexible leader who is a good listener. Workable.
- Common Duties (Daily/Periodic)
- Conducting teacher evaluations and classroom observations.
This role demands a balance between being a strategic leader and a hands-on manager to ensure the school’s academic and operational success.
- Addressing student behavioral or academic concerns.
- Meeting with parents regarding student progress or school policy.
- Managing school safety protocols and facility maintenance.
- Presenting to the Board of Directors regarding school metrics.
- In faith-based private schools: Ensuring the integration of religious curriculum, values, and traditions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
