Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, starters, sauces)
- Ensure taste, quality, and presentation standards are maintained
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food storage
- Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- Handle prep work like chopping, marination, and sauce preparation
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Chinese cuisine
- Basic knowledge of wok cooking and Chinese sauces
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work shifts (including evenings/weekends)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Indo-Chinese cooking
- Knowledge of kitchen safety & hygiene standards
- Speed and consistency in cooking
