Key Responsibilities:
- Training Coordination & Execution
- Assist in identifying training needs through TNA, manager inputs, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics (scheduling, communication, venue/virtual setup, feedback collection).
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely delivery of planned programs.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, feedback, and evaluations.
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards on training effectiveness, coverage, and compliance.
- Learning Technology Support
- Assist in managing the LMS (Learning Management System) including uploads, enrollments, and troubleshooting user issues.
- Track completion and usage of e-learning modules.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal trainers, department heads, and external vendors.
- Support in evaluating vendor performance and managing contracts if applicable.
- Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all training programs comply with organizational policies and standards.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and suggest improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with LMS and digital learning tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
