About the Role
CodeQuery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be a full-time employee of CodeQuery and will be dedicated to working with one of our Canada-based international clients.
This is an on-site position based in Patna, Bihar. Candidates must be willing to work from our office and collaborate closely with internal teams while delivering high-quality SEO strategies and execution for our international client.
Candidates with prior experience managing international SEO projects will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website performance.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Execute ethical off-page SEO campaigns, including quality link-building strategies.
- Improve website performance, Core Web Vitals, and user experience.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions while preparing regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and recommend improvements accordingly.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven SEO recommendations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.

- Technical SEO
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Local SEO
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager (basic knowledge)
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- PageSpeed Insights
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and WordPress.
- Ability to analyze SEO performance metrics and prepare actionable reports.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with international clients, particularly from Canada, the USA, the UK, or Australia.
- Experience handling SEO campaigns targeting international markets.
- Knowledge of International SEO, Local SEO, and modern SEO tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization techniques is an added advantage.
