Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic Academic Counsellors to guide students and drive enrollments for our Thrissur branch. The role involves understanding student requirements and helping them choose the right course.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on courses, career opportunities, and programs
- Handle inbound & outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Convert leads into successful enrollments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students
- Provide clear information on fees, course benefits, and outcomes
- Update lead status and maintain records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Key Requirements
- Freshers or 0–3 years experience (Sales/EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Interest in sales and counselling roles
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in EdTech / Education counselling / Sales
- Fluent in English & Malayalam
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
