Job Summary:
The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for handling spare parts inventory, issuing parts, maintaining stock records, and ensuring timely availability of automobile spare parts for workshop and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inward and outward movement of spare parts.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory control.
- Issue spare parts against job cards and customer requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder reports.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and vendors.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts.
- Prepare daily and monthly spare parts reports.
- Maintain accuracy in billing, GRN, and stock entries.
- Handle warranty and defective spare parts processes.
- Ensure timely availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
- Follow company procedures and inventory management standards.
- Support customer satisfaction through timely spare parts supply.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/DMS).
- Communication and coordination skills.
- Stock handling and documentation ability.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Automobile or Mechanical background preferred.
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in automobile spare parts or stores department.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
