Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth for our Website Designing, Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Digital Marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Prospect and acquire clients for Website Design, Website Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to provide suitable solutions.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Follow up on leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline through CRM tools.
Attend business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.
Required Skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales and business development.
Knowledge of Website Designing, Web Development, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing services.
Lead generation and client acquisition expertise.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and sales opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online sales tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.MBA in Marketing.
Preferred Experience
Experience selling Website Design, Web Development, SEO, PPC, or Digital Marketing services.
Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms.
Experience in IT Services or Digital Marketing Agency sales will be an added advantage.
