Roots Technology is a fast-growing technology and research solutions company specializing in IT services, digital marketing, research support, thesis assistance, branding, and business solutions. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in IT services, digital marketing, education, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
