Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will oversee identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and generating leads. You will collaborate with teams to develop strategic partnerships and deliver effective communication to potential clients, ensuring long-term business growth and strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong skills in Account Management and proficiency in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent Business and Communication abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to convey strategies effectively.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields is preferred.
- Past experience in a financial or trading domain is a plus.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic and competitive industry environment.
Pay: ₹11,516.78 - ₹40,964.82 per month
