About the Role
We are hiring Area Sales Heads across regions of the state to lead franchise recruitment and market expansion.Openings exist across the following cities — candidates based in or willing to work in any of these locations are encouraged to apply:
Nagpur | Bhandara | Amravati | Buldhana | Washim | Nashik
This is a results-driven, field-based role where you will own an assigned territory — identifying prospects, converting them into franchise partners, and building out a strong franchise network.
What You Will Do
- Generate franchise leads and convert prospects into franchise partners through presentations and structured follow-up
- Identify new locations for franchise expansion and increase market penetration across your assigned territory
- Conduct franchise opportunity presentations and close franchise registrations
- Coordinate store setup and onboarding with your Franchise Development Manager (FDM) team
- Ensure new franchise stores are activated within defined timelines with welcome stock in place
- Supervise and guide FDMs on onboarding quality and execution standards
- Monitor early-stage franchise performance and take corrective action where needed
Who We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in field sales, dealer development, channel sales, or franchise recruitment
- Background in Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Cement, or Franchise businesses preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned territory
- Self-driven with a hunter mindset — you thrive on building new markets

Compensation: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA fixed + performance incentives Employment Type: Full-time | Field role
Pay: ₹15,994.51 - ₹51,438.78 per month
