Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical positions.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Manage employee exits, resignations, terminations, and Full & Final Settlements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends.
3. Payroll & Compensation Management
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Ensure accuracy of salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
- Handle employee compensation and benefits administration.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits.
- Liaise with consultants and government authorities when required.
5. Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Support managers in performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Facilitate goal setting and employee development initiatives.
6. Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment and healthy employee relations.
- Support disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and company policies.
7. HR Policies & Administration
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
8. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Support employee career development and succession planning.
9. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Drive initiatives related to employee welfare, retention, and workplace culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions.

Educational Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- SHRM, HRCI, or relevant HR certifications preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or service industries will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,513.59 - ₹50,000.50 per month
