Role Overview
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities, candidate engagement, onboarding processes, and HR operations. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate follow-ups.
- Post and manage job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- MBA (HR), BBA or any Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong academic background and interest in Human Resources.
- HR certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
