Core Objective
Drive brand visibility, authority, and engagement through:
- Strategic content creation
- Meaningful collaborations
- Influencer & institutional partnerships
- PR and media amplification
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing
- Build and execute platform-specific strategies for all social media platforms
- Social media scheduling for 3 Brands
- Position brands as thought leaders in water, sustainability, and community development
- Drive organic growth through insight-led content (not trend-based posting)
Content & Storytelling
- Create high-quality, narrative-driven content (not generic posts)
- Develop:
- Founder-led content
- Insight posts & industry POVs
- Case studies & impact stories
- Reels, carousels, and short-form storytelling
- Ensure strong brand voice consistency across all platforms
Collaborations & Partnerships
- Identify and build collaborations with:
- Industry experts
- Sustainability influencers
- Architects, developers, and institutions
- Media and ecosystem partners
- Conceptualize and execute co-created content campaigns
- Drive cross-brand collaborations to expand reach
PR & Brand Visibility
- Work on digital PR and media outreach
- Identify opportunities for:
- Features, interviews, guest articles
- Podcasts and panel participation
- Build brand credibility through third-party validation
Influencer & Community Building
- Develop and manage an influencer ecosystem
- Build a strong community around sustainability and water innovation
- Encourage and amplify user-generated and partner-led content
Performance & Growth
- Track key metrics:
- Engagement quality (not just vanity metrics)
- Relevant follower growth
- Collaboration ROI
- Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on insights
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in social media, content, or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth and B2B storytelling
- Experience in collaborations, influencer marketing, or PR
- Excellent writing and narrative-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
Good to Have
- Experience in sustainability, infrastructure, or impact-driven brands
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Prior exposure to PR or media relations
