Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of records, managing inventory, handling courier dispatches and deliveries, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesBooks & Records Management
- Maintain and update daily records, registers, and operational documents.
- Organize and file invoices, bills, receipts, and other business documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval of records when required.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining data accuracy.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
- Record inward and outward movement of inventory.
- Coordinate with branches, vendors, and suppliers regarding stock requirements.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies.
Courier & Logistics Handling
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier shipments.
- Track deliveries and maintain courier records.
- Coordinate with courier service providers for timely dispatch and receipt of documents and materials.
- Ensure proper packaging and documentation for shipments.
Administrative & Back Office Support
- Handle routine office correspondence and emails.
- Maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and MIS data.
- Coordinate with various departments for operational requirements.
- Support management with general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office administration, inventory management, or operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Basic accounting and documentation knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Experience in retail, salon, or service industry operations will be an added advantage.
