Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, financial reporting, and coordination with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting procedures, preferably with experience in the Facility Management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and payment records
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Coordinate with clients regarding invoices and payments
- Prepare monthly MIS and expense reports
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections
- Maintain salary and reimbursement records when required
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounts-related records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
- Experience in Facility Management industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Pay: ₹40,343.66 - ₹50,004.63 per month
