Job Description – Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant / Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning professional with strong experience in Workday Production Support, reporting, analytics, security configurations, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in troubleshooting data issues, implementing system changes, and supporting business users to ensure smooth Workday operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end Workday Production Support and resolve system-related issues efficiently.
* Research, analyze, and troubleshoot unexpected system results, process flaws, and data discrepancies.
* Recommend solutions and alternative approaches to meet business objectives.
* Handle Workday data corrections and troubleshoot integration/data-related issues.
* Develop and maintain Workday Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics solutions.
* Manage Workday Security configurations, role assignments, and access-related changes.
* Gather business requirements and prepare technical specifications/documentation.
* Develop test scenarios, conduct UAT/acceptance testing, and support implementation activities.
* Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
* Ensure system changes are documented and aligned with compliance standards.
Required Skills
* Strong experience in Workday Adaptive Planning / Workday HCM Support.
* Expertise in Workday Production Support and issue management.
* Experience with Workday Reporting & Analytics.
* Hands-on knowledge of Workday Security configuration and administration.
* Good understanding of Data Corrections and troubleshooting.
* Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and implementation support.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
* Exposure to Workday Integrations.
* Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Payroll modules.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
* Workday Certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District)
