Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and confidence in automation practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks using Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of test automation best practices and quality engineering principles.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and develop effective testing solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation execution and maintenance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
