Corporate Trainer – Career & Industry Readiness
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Engagement Type: Freelance / Per-session
We are looking for an experienced industry professional to conduct 10 interactive training sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, as part of a comprehensive Industry Readiness Program for students.
The trainer will help students gain practical exposure to modern industries, corporate environments, career planning, AI and the future of work, entrepreneurship, financial awareness, freelancing, networking, and workplace ethics.
Training Approach
The sessions should focus on practical industry exposure and real-world learning, rather than textbook-based or purely theoretical instruction. The trainer is expected to bring their professional experience into the classroom through:
- Real workplace examples and industry scenarios
- Practical case studies and business situations
- Insights into HR expectations and corporate practices
- Startup and entrepreneurship experiences
- Interactive discussions and group activities
- Career planning and decision-making exercises

Candidate Requirements
- Proven industry experience in HR, business leadership, entrepreneurship, finance, or related fields
- Candidates with experience as a HR Head, Business Unit Head, Startup Founder, Business Leader, or Financial Advisor are preferred
- Working professionals or recently retired senior industry professionals are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of current industry trends, workplace expectations, and career opportunities
- Practical knowledge of corporate culture, recruitment expectations, AI and future workforce trends, entrepreneurship, and professional development
- Ability to translate industry experience into practical, student-friendly learning
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and mentoring skills
- Prior experience training college students or young professionals is preferred
- Should be comfortable conducting interactive, activity-based, and discussion-driven sessions
- Must be based in or near Bangalore/Bengaluru and available for in-person training sessions
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
