About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and consumer-focused Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to lead digital storytelling and social media growth for our feminine hygiene brand. The ideal candidate should understand FMCG consumer behavior, social media trends, women-centric communication, and brand positioning while creating impactful, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
This role requires a blend of creativity, brand strategy, content planning, influencer collaboration, and performance marketing understanding to strengthen brand awareness, community engagement, and customer loyalty across digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Brand Communication
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with brand goals, product campaigns, and market trends.
- Create compelling storytelling frameworks for menstrual hygiene and women wellness communication.
- Plan educational, relatable, trend-driven, and awareness-based content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all digital channels.
- Build content calendars aligned with launches, festivals, campaigns, and social trends.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Drive engagement, reach, community interaction, and audience growth through innovative content formats.
- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to maintain brand relevance.
- Coordinate daily posting schedules, captions, hashtags, reels, stories, and campaign rollouts.
- Track and optimize platform performance metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions.
Creative & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, agencies, and production teams for content execution.
- Conceptualize reels, influencer campaigns, UGC campaigns, awareness initiatives, and performance creatives.
- Lead campaign ideation for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and women empowerment initiatives.
- Develop scripts, briefs, content hooks, and creative directions for shoots and digital campaigns.
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and community partners aligned with brand values.
- Manage influencer communication, campaign execution, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Build strong online communities through proactive engagement and customer interaction.
Performance & Analytics
- Analyze social media insights and campaign performance to optimize content strategy.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to improve ad creatives and conversion-focused content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing within FMCG, beauty, wellness, or personal care brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies, content marketing, and digital consumer behavior.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing reels, influencer campaigns, and social media calendars.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement metrics, and trend forecasting.
- Creative mindset with strong execution and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with feminine hygiene, skincare, wellness, D2C, or women-focused brands.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and creator economy trends.
- Basic knowledge of paid media creatives and performance marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with multiple campaigns simultaneously.
