The Sr. Executive Sales is responsible for managing the technical and commercial aspects of sales, including tendering, price negotiation, and costing. This role acts as a primary liaison with customers to facilitate contract finalization and ensure accurate financial reporting for projects.
Manage the Tendering process, including the submission of quotations to various customers.
Lead Price Negotiations and facilitate final contract finalization.
Perform detailed Costing preparations and generate comprehensive costing reports.
Prepare and maintain critical tender documentation throughout the sales lifecycle.
Maintain proactive and effective coordination with customers to ensure project requirements are met.
Ensure all data related to sales and costing is accurately updated in MS Office and ERP systems.
Analyze customer requirements to provide tailored commercial proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility aligns with cost estimates.
Strong experience in Industrial Sales with a focus on Tendering and Costing.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven expertise in Price Negotiation and Contract Finalization.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and working within an ERP environment.
Strong analytical skills for accurate cost estimation and financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
