Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical) or Business Administration.
- MBA in Marketing / International Business is preferred.
Experience Sales Manager
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Minimum 5 years in the Solar PV, Solar Cell, Solar Module, Semiconductor, or Renewable Energy industry.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong understanding of solar cell and module manufacturing.
- Knowledge of PV technologies (TOPCon, PERC, HJT, IBC).
- Familiarity with international trade and export documentation.
- Sales forecasting and demand planning.
- CRM software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting.
