Civil Site Engineer – Interior & Finishing Works
We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out and finishing works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress, and delivering projects within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams.
- Oversee flooring, tiling, stone work, painting, false ceiling, gypsum, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Manage material planning, consumption, and site inventory.
- Verify site measurements and contractor bills.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out, finishing, or building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
