Field HR & Talent Operations Executive
Location: Depot / Factory Floor (Field-Based Role)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented HR professional to manage blue-collar and gig workforce hiring for delivery, loading, and factory operations. The role focuses on building strong local talent pipelines, improving employee retention, managing referrals, and serving as the primary HR contact for frontline employees. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the ground, interacting with workers daily, and driving workforce stability through proactive engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end hiring for delivery executives, loaders, and factory workers.
- Source candidates through local networks, referrals, labor communities, ITIs, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
Employee Referral Program
- Drive and manage employee referral initiatives.
- Maintain referral records and ensure timely incentive processing.
- Increase referral-based hiring to build a sustainable workforce pipeline.
Employee Retention & Engagement
- Conduct structured onboarding for new joiners.
- Perform regular follow-ups during the first 90 days of employment.
- Address employee grievances and coordinate solutions with operations teams.
- Monitor attendance and workforce engagement to reduce attrition.
Exit Analysis & Workforce Insights
- Conduct exit discussions and maintain accurate exit-reason data.
- Identify trends related to attrition and recommend corrective actions.
- Share workforce insights and retention recommendations with management.
HR Operations Support
- Coordinate employee documentation, ESI, PF, and attendance processes.
- Maintain recruitment and retention trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust with frontline workers.
- Comfortable working in field locations such as depots, warehouses, and factories.
- Result-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in maintaining recruitment and employee data.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate.
- 1–4 years of experience in blue-collar, frontline, logistics, manufacturing, retail, staffing, or gig workforce recruitment.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
