Requirements:
Education:
B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical)
Experience:
Min 5 Years (B.E/B.Tech) and 7 Years (Diploma) work experience with EPC firms doing Piping & Tankage jobs. More experienced persons will be considered for Senior position.
Technical:
NDT Level II of RT, PT, UT, MPT & RTFI
Others:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Familiar with standards and codes of ASME, ASTM, API & ISO etc.,

Expertise in interpretation of standards and convincing customer/consultant.

Scrutinize and review of order specification and prepare WPS and PQR and getting approval from customer/consultant.

Prepare QAP as per the requirement and getting it approved by customer/consultant.

Co-ordinate & follow-up with customer/consultant for timely approvals or resolutions.

Familiar in different types of NDT techniques and must have good knowledge to interpret the results.

All inspections such as raw materials, in process and final inspection must be taken care.

Documentation/protocol as per customer formats and should take care of documentation control and record keeping.

Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action.
