## Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven **Export Sales Executive** to drive international business growth and expand our global distribution network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating export inquiries, acquiring overseas customers, developing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets across international markets.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing global brand and build long-term business relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, and project buyers worldwide.
## Key Responsibilities
### Business Development & Lead Generation
* Identify, evaluate, and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
* Generate export inquiries through LinkedIn, B2B portals, Google research, trade directories, exhibitions, and direct outreach.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international buyers, distributors, and importers.
* Develop strategic plans to increase market penetration and export revenue.
### Client Relationship Management
* Handle inquiries from overseas customers and provide timely responses.
* Build long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and project clients.
* Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with international prospects.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close export sales opportunities.
### Sales & Export Operations
* Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
* Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
* Monitor shipments, payment collections, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
### Market Intelligence
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
* Track industry trends, customer preferences, and market developments.
* Provide regular market feedback and business insights to management.
### Representation & Brand Building
* Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events.
* Promote the Wolf Porcelain Tiles brand in existing and potential export markets.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field.
* 1–5 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or B2B Sales.
* Experience in ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, building materials, sanitaryware, or related industries will be preferred.
* Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of export procedures, international trade practices, and documentation.
* Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
