**Job Description: Customer support specialist**
We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team for both Voice processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about us, and promote through effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.
- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Achieve targets and goals set by the company.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.
**Salary and Benefits:**
- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month.
