As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting the company’s dental product offerings. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with dental professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Roles&Responsibilities: -
· GoodCommandintelephonicCommunicationwithFluentEnglishanda,customer service experience.
· TolookafterthewholegamutofCRMfunction.Shewillberesponsibleforpost- sales activities.
· Developingharmoniousrelationwithcustomers.
· Actsasasinglepointofcontactforclientsrightfromdesignconfirmationuntil handing over.
· HandlingCustomerInteractionviae-mails,phonecalls.
· Maintainingthetracksheet.Updatingtheprojectstatusonaregularbasis
· Implementationoftheprocesslaiddownfordealingwithcustomers,ensuring timely response
· toalltheirqueriesinatransparentmanner.
· Resolvingcustomercomplaintsquicklyandefficiently.Keepingcustomersupdated on the project status.
EducationandExperience: -
· Thecandidateshouldpossessexcellentverbalandwrittencommunication skills.
· Theidealcandidateshouldbereadytoacceptchallengesandpossessexcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.
· ExperiencerequiredMinimum6month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
