- Develop and execute sales and business expansion strategies.
- Lead and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and key account development.
- Oversee end-to-end business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Optimize processes, productivity, and resource utilization across departments.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Ensure alignment between sales, operations, finance, and customer service functions.
- Strengthen customer relationships and improve retention rates.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and cost-control initiatives.
