KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Revenue & Profitability Ownership (Planning → Delivery)

Own D2C revenue and profitability targets (CM2 / contribution margin / ROAS efficiency, as

defined).
Build monthly/weekly growth plans, channel budgets, and SKU/category level pushes.
Drive trade-offs across scale vs efficiency with clear business reasoning.
2) Performance Marketing: Meta + Google (Core)

Manage acquisition and scaling across Meta (prospecting, retargeting) and Google (Search,
PMax/Shopping, YouTube if applicable).
Own structure: campaigns, audiences, bidding, creatives rotation, landing page mapping, and
measurement hygiene.
Run a rigorous experimentation pipeline: hypotheses → tests → learnings → scale decisions.
3) Conversion Rate & Funnel Optimization (CRO)

Own onsite funnel performance: PDP → ATC → checkout → payment success.
Partner with design/content to improve PDPs, creatives, messaging, and site merchandising for
conversion.

Use analytics to identify drop-offs and fix them with prioritised actions.4) Retention & LTV (Basics that move the needle)

Improve repeat rate through lifecycle levers: email/WhatsApp, offers, bundles, subscriptions (if
relevant).
●
Build and execute retention calendars and audience segmentation with clear targets.
5) Creative & Landing Page System
●
Translate insights into clear creative briefs (angles, hooks, claims, formats) and landing page
requirements.
●
Build a repeatable creative testing engine (winners/losers, learnings by persona, offer, format).
6) Reporting, Insights & Leadership Cadence
●
Maintain dashboards for spend, revenue, CAC, ROAS/MER, contribution margin, cohorts, CVR,
●
●
AOV, LTV.
Run weekly business reviews with crisp insights, decisions needed, and next actions.
Identify risks early (tracking issues, creative fatigue, rising CAC, stock-outs) and course-correct
fast.
7) Cross-functional Execution

Work tightly with Supply/Ops for availability and with Finance for margin visibility.
Coordinate with design/content/tech to ship high-impact changes without slowing down growth.
