The Order Process Incharge is responsible for coordinating and monitoring jewelry production orders from order receipt to final dispatch. The role ensures smooth workflow between departments such as design, CAD, casting, stone setting, polishing, quality control, and delivery while maintaining production timelines and order accuracy.
