Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflow, manage teams, and maintain high standards of productivity and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Supervise team performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure effective communication between management and team members.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Team Management, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting/documentation.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
