Your Mission
We are hiring a Lead Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions for our clients. As the single point of accountability for each engagement, you will translate ambitious product visions into shipped software — leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data and ML specialists, QA, and AI agents through a structured delivery lifecycle.
From initial scoping and solution design through build, validation, and handoff, you will be the primary client contact and the delivery team’s north star. This is a principal-level role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth, Product/Program governance, and client partnership
What You’ll Do
Lead End-to-End Delivery
- Own the full delivery lifecycle: scoping, solution design, build, validation, and handoff across engagements ranging from rapid prototypes to production-grade enterprise solutions.
- Frame the problem, define what “done” looks like, assemble the right team, and drive execution through structured quality gates.
- Ensure live, deployed applications with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and AI tooling are configured and production-ready.
- Run retrospectives and extract reusable patterns from every engagement to strengthen future delivery.
Own the Client Relationship
- Serve as the primary client contact across all engagements — from kick-off workshops through to final handoff.
- Run weekly check-ins, sprint reviews, steering committees, and structured demos using standardised delivery rituals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and feedback loops; drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and transparency.
Build & Govern High-Performing Teams
- Assess engagement complexity and staff accordingly — from lean teams for prototypes to full cross-functional squads for enterprise-grade work.
- Manage resource allocation across phases, establishing clear RACI accountability for every workstream.
- Maintain delivery cadence: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, risk reviews, and retrospectives scaled to the engagement.
Own the Product Lifecycle
- Own the Product Requirements Document (PRD) lifecycle: author, iterate, gain sign-off, manage change, and verify acceptance criteria.
Drive engagement graduation (prototype MVP- enterprise) on the same codebase with no rebuilds, ensuring solutions mature as client needs evolve.
- Manage scope changes and trade-off decisions, keeping delivery aligned to the agreed product vision and acceptance criteria.
Drive Technical Quality
- Collaborate with engineers on Architecture Decision Records, technical design documents, and API specifications.
- Enforce quality gates across the delivery lifecycle — coordinating security scans, performance testing, and structured UAT.
- Oversee AI agent configuration and orchestration across the delivery team — including code-generation assistants, automated testing, and CI/CD agents.
Measure & Report Business Value
- Track value metrics: time to delivery, technical velocity, quality scores, reuse rates, client satisfaction, and business impact.
- Deliver regular value reporting to stakeholders — from delivery snapshots to monthly business reviews and ROI analysis.
- Champion reusable asset development, ensuring every engagement contributes patterns and components back to the platform.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in technical programme management, delivery leadership, or technical product management in a consulting, agency, or technology environment.
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML or data-intensive products end-to-end, from concept through production launch.
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure), microservices, and API-first architecture.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, data, QA, security) through structured delivery frameworks with defined quality gates.
- Demonstrated ability to own client relationships at senior stakeholder level — including scoping, demos, UAT, and handoffs.
- Excellent communication skills: you can write a concise problem brief for a prototype and a comprehensive PRD with non-functional requirements for an enterprise engagement.
- Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows (e.g., LLM-based code generation, automated testing, AI-driven CI/CD).
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with AI capability modules such as conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or Text-to-SQL.
- Background in platform thinking — extracting reusable delivery patterns from project work and contributing them to a shared platform.
- Familiarity with code quality and security tooling (e.g., SonarQube, SAST/DAST) and compliance frameworks for regulated industries.
- Experience transitioning delivery engagements into managed support and maintenance models.
- Track record mentoring or managing a team of TPMs or delivery leads.
