Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Designer with minimum 5 years of
experience in machinery design. The candidate will be responsible for designing,
developing, and improving industrial machinery and plant layouts for perfumery,
cosmetics, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop machinery for:
Perfumery
Cosmetics
Filling, packaging & processing systems
Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks or similar software
Develop machine layouts and plant layout planning
Coordinate with production, fabrication, and assembly teams
Understand client requirements and convert them into design solutions
Modify and improve existing machine designs
Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and production-friendly
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation
Support installation and commissioning if required
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanical design concepts
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo
Knowledge of fabrication, machining, and assembly processes
Experience in industrial machinery / SPM design
Understanding of plant layout and workflow
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Our Requiredment:
● Experienced in Machinery (filling & packaging) : 2 years (Required).
● Software - OnShape (Parametric 3D Browser Based CAD).
● Industry - Industrial Liquid Filling And Packaging Machinery.
● Skills -
● 3D Modeling, BOM, DFM, SOP, 3D To 2D, Inspection Drawings, Assembly
Instructions, GD&T, Layouts, P&ID, Etc.
● Must Have Good Knowledge Of Software And Must Be Willing To Work
Hands-On.
● Must Be Good At Reverse Engineering.
● Must Work Under Pressure And Time Bound Projects.
● Ability To Lead A Team.
