Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional for the role of Manager/Assistant Manager Customer Service.
The candidate should have relevant experience in handling customer service operations within NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or Banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end customer service operations and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Handling and supervising backend operations related to customer servicing activities.
- Managing toll-free operations, call center activities, escalation handling, and service quality monitoring.
- Leading and mentoring customer service teams to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of service standards.
- Coordinating with internal departments for effective query resolution and process improvement.
- Monitoring TATs, customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, and service-related MIS/reporting.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to NBFC/HFC/Banking operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience in NBFC / HFC / Banking customer service operations.
- Prior experience in team handling will be good. Hands-on experience in managing backend operations and toll-free/call center processes.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle customer escalations and drive resolution within defined timelines.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
