We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Call Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about the company's products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or customer support role is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
