We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and possess strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Estimation teams regarding customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and update CRM/Excel data.
- Schedule customer meetings and follow up on pending inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through regular customer follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
