At Enovexa & Just Easy Book, we are building a fast-growing digital marketing and event-tech platform serving clients across India, Australia, and the US.
We are looking for a Revenue & Growth Lead who doesn’t just manage—but drives revenue, closes deals, ensures smooth delivery, and builds sustainable growth engines for our India market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall revenue growth for the India market
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (events + marketing clients)
- Lead and mentor a small high-performing team (sales + delivery)
- Ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction
- Close deals, onboard clients, and create strategic partnerships
- Bring structure, discipline, and consistent execution across functions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in closing deals and handling client delivery
- Background in digital marketing / SaaS / event services preferred
- Comfortable with targets, ownership, and fast-paced environments
- Ability to balance sales, execution, and team leadership
- Growth mindset with strong ambition to scale operations
Experience Required
4–8 years (Flexible for strong performers with relevant experience)
