SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an aggressive, result-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Professional to drive showroom sales and expand our B2B project pipeline. The ideal candidate will build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals to convert serious leads into finalized orders.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and establish new business relationships in key markets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, including retailers, interior designers, architects, and hospitality groups.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and sales presentations tailored to each market.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing.
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the marble industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Key Competencies:
- Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
- Self-motivated and proactive in driving new business
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to international markets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
