Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP MM modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze procurement and inventory processes to recommend SAP solutions.
- Handle end-to-end SAP MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure and manage:
- Procurement Cycle
- Purchase Requisition
- Purchase Orders
- RFQ & Quotation
- Vendor Master
- Material Master
- Inventory Management
- Goods Receipt & Goods Issue
- Invoice Verification
- Stock Transfer Process
- Physical Inventory
- Integrate SAP MM with PP, SD, QM, FI/CO, PM, and WM/EWM modules.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments.
- Conduct UAT, end-user training, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot SAP MM-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support master data governance and process optimization initiatives.
Required SkillsMandatory
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM Configuration & Support experience.
- Strong understanding of Procurement & Inventory Management processes.
- Expertise in:
- Material Master
- Vendor Master
- Purchasing
- Inventory Management
- Invoice Verification
- Release Strategy
- Source Determination
- Pricing Procedure
- Physical Inventory
- Batch Management
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA MM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM integration with PP, SD, FI/CO, QM, PM.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- SAP MM Certification.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Steel / Metals / Engineering Industry.
- Exposure to SAP Greenfield, Rollout, Migration, or Support Projects.
