Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, collecting feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales and service operations through regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Customer Follow-up
- Conduct regular follow-up calls for vehicle sales and service customers.
- Remind customers about scheduled services and maintenance.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and leads.
Customer Satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback after vehicle delivery and service.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and report concerns.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
Complaint Handling
- Register customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Ensure complaints are resolved within the specified timeline.
- Update customers regarding complaint status.
Database Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Update customer contact details and service history.
- Generate customer interaction reports.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer feedback reports.
- Track follow-up activities and pending customer issues.
- Maintain call records and customer communication logs.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
- Report preparation and data management.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or customer care preferred.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per hour
