Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Ideation & Content Development
- Assist in the development of creative ideas for social media content, campaigns, and digital initiatives.
- Write copy, hooks, captions, and scripts for short-form video and social-first formats.
- Support the creation of content aligned with brand tone, messaging, and platform best practices.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas during internal discussions.
2. Campaign & Content Support
- Support the creative team in developing campaign concepts, content formats, and social media narratives.
- Assist in adapting campaign ideas into platform-specific executions across Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with designers and editors to ensure ideas translate well into final content outputs.
3. Research & Trend Tracking
- Track social media trends, cultural conversations, and emerging formats relevant to assigned brands.
- Conduct research on competitor activity, audience behaviour, and platform trends.
- Assist in identifying insights that can inspire creative ideas or campaign opportunities.
4. Creative Execution
- Support script writing, caption development, and content ideation for always-on content calendars.
- Assist during shoot planning, scripting, and production preparation when required.
- Ensure deliverables align with brand voice and creative guidelines.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, editors, and account teams to ensure smooth execution of creative ideas
- Support senior team members in refining ideas and preparing presentations.
6. Pitch Support

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or digital content development within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong interest in social media, internet culture, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to write engaging content across short-form videos, captions, and campaign narratives.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Strong attention to detail with good proofreading and editing skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Canva/Google Slides, AI tools, and social media content workflows is a plus.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
