# HR Manager
## Job Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within Nakhrali. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
Responsibilities
* **Recruitment:**
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
* **Training & Development:**
* Identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
* Conduct training sessions for employees and managers.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
* **Employee Relations:**
* Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
* Manage employee performance and disciplinary actions.
* **Benefits Administration:**
* Administer employee benefits programs.
* Process enrollments, changes, and terminations.
* Answer employee questions regarding benefits.
## Requirements
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* **Experience:** 1+ years of HR management experience.
* **Skills:**
* Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
## Special Requirements
* Experience in recruitment and training is essential.
