Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, factory, and field positions
- Manpower planning as per department requirements
- Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), referrals, consultants, and social media
- Screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, and coordinating technical/management rounds
- Salary negotiation and offer rollouts
- Preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensuring timely closures of open positions
2. Event Management & Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities (monthly/annual events)
- Coordinate festivals, celebrations, town halls, trainings, and HR initiatives
- Manage logistics such as venue, communication, coordination with vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare event calendars and post-event reports
- Support management events, audits, and special HR programs
3. HR Operations
- Handling employee onboarding and induction programs
- Maintaining employee records (hard copy & HRIS)
- Supporting payroll inputs, attendance, leave, PF & ESIC coordination
- Drafting HR letters: confirmation, increment, warning, show cause, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and audits (SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, GRS, etc.)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes
- Understanding of HR operations and labor compliances
- Event planning and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS, and job portals
- Problem-solving and employee-handling skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
