Controls & Risk Management
- Represent BPO in-Service Review engagements with CFOs, provide management insights and address any CFO level actions from the
Review meetings
- Act to minimize operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising and identify and
manage forward looking risks.
- Through assignment of direct and indirect reports, establish and maintain an appropriate framework and procedures for monitoring,
identifying, measuring, assessing, reporting, and managing compliance, regulatory, financial crime, operational and reputationaln risks.

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across
Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws,
regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
