Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Design and architect SailPoint ISC solutions including sources, entitlements, roles, access profiles, lifecycles, UAR, and rule-based policies
- Oversee application integrations using out-of-the-box connectors and custom API-based integrations, including SAP (GRC, Ariba, etc.)
- Define, implement, and optimize identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Implement and enforce least privilege access controls across systems and applications
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, GDPR)
- Support role modeling initiatives and define access policies aligned with business needs
- Conduct technical reviews of IAM architecture and recommend improvements for scalability and security
- Manage IAM technical documentation ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards
- KPI: Ensure 100% compliance with audit and user access review requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IAM projects, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, including connector configuration and policy management
- Strong understanding of IAM processes including identity lifecycle, role modeling, and access governance
- Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, especially within SAP landscapes
- Proven ability to design scalable IAM solutions and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Essential skills: Strong expertise in IAM architecture, SailPoint ISC, and enterprise integration.
Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English
Desirable Requirements:
SailPoint or SAP GRC certifications
Experience working in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environments
