Job Description
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, handling enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
- Counsel students about courses, career paths, and placement opportunities
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the sales, digital, and academic teams
- Resolve student queries professionally and promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Strong convincing, counselling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and MS Excel
- Positive attitude with goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Eligibility
- Graduation / Post-Graduation completed
- Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome
- Candidates must be based in Pune or willing to relocate
- Immediate joiners preferred
