Job Title: HR Executive / Human Resources Officer
1. Attendance & Leave Management
- Time Tracking: Accurately manage daily attendance, monitor shift schedules, and process leave requests using HR systems.
- Data Management: Keep detailed, confidential personnel records and update employee databases regularly.
2. Training & Development
- Training Needs Analysis: Assess skill gaps across different departments and design specific training strategies.
- Coordination: Organize internal/external training sessions, orientation programs, and workshops.
- Feedback & Evaluation: Collect feedback post-training to measure its effectiveness and employee growth.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Grievance Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing a supportive environment and helping to resolve workplace conflicts.
- Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and rewards programs to build a positive and motivating workplace.
- Exit Management: Manage the offboarding process, including equipment clearance, final settlements, and exit interviews.
4. Statutory Compliance & Policies
- Policy Updates: Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies in accordance with labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, PF, ESIC).
- Audit Support: Ensure all necessary compliance documents and employee files are up-to-date and ready for audits
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
