Job Description :
- Procurement & Sourcing: Buy high-grade construction supplies, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage the supply chain to prevent project delays.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Review material mix designs, direct on-site and laboratory testing, and verify compliance with standards like ASTM or ISO.
- Inventory & Logistics Control: Oversee warehouse stock, monitor material consumption rates, and minimize on-site waste or loss.
- Cost Management: Track material budgets, perform quantity reconciliations, and find cost-saving alternatives without compromising structural integrity.
- Team & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with civil site engineers, project managers, and third-party suppliers to align material delivery with construction schedules.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
