Digicom Marketing Services is looking for a motivated and energetic HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Source and screen candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR operations.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Pay: ₹10,717.28 - ₹30,184.62 per month
